The whole point of deciding to not shave your armpits is to say a big fuck you to societies idea of how a woman should present herself. If men don’t shave a beard for example we don’t write an entire post about how disgusting it is. It’s their body, their choice, and saying how “gross” it is doesn’t help the cause. Our bodies grow hair there so why not give society the middle finger and grow it out if you want to. And exactly what you said it’s not our hair that is going to give us equality, it’s so much more, including not shaming women because of how they decide to groom their bodies. Let’s stop focusing on looks and start focusing on our minds, talents and abilities.
