I’ve decked my room out in rose pink – not only Phi Mu’s color but also my favorite!- and I have a pink “black out” curtain which really turns my whole room PINK! It definitely sets my room apart. I also use a quilt my great grandmother made me when I was 7- it’s rose pink and white (fate much?) and then I have all of my awards, certificates, photographs, and composites framed and either hung on the larger wall in the room or on my book shelf. For extra storage I have two chests -you guessed it- painted pink.
I also painted some wooden letters in my monogram, and created a matching Rho Gamma (a P and then an L flipped around) letter for my door. It’s sort of a shame I’m a rho gam this year- my room was always the favorite one to show!
I might be incorporating some green and brown in it next year to keep it from being too monotone, but the white definitely helped balance all the pink. Sometimes jut changing the curtain to a sheer white panel makes a huge difference!
Spending wisely, just like Daddy taught you. TSM

^AGREED!!!!!
For the record: in the South, a lot of people have taken on the term “ninja” to stand in for another word that starts with an N.
