First of all, the way that your present yourself and the situation is disturbing and disgusting.

The fact that you felt it was appropriate to be a legal case to TSM is completely beyond me, especially if you do not have a law degree. First of all, the reason “The report never accuses anyone of manslaughter, but it’s also not ruled out as a possibility”, is because this was a Civil case filed. Not a criminal case. A civil case does not file charges on violent crimes, nor does it convict for jail time.

This is not a joke. Many people were seriously impacted by this tragedy, and we are teaching the community nothing by turning this into a story of “the pledge didn’t get the McDonald’s breakfast and then deemed it appropriate to fight over it because he was tired after a run” is completely arrogant and disrespectful.

Please do not continue as a journalist or author if your words offend others, you treat student deaths as a joke over McDonalds breakfast, and you don’t do research on the case to know what form of case was filed against these students.
