I loved this article. In high school I never thought about greek life. I stereotyped them, I thought it was for white rich girls with blonde hair. I didn’t think I would fit in with greek life at all. But when I went to college my best friends rushed fraternities and through them I met so many people involved with greek life, including my long term boyfriend. I didn’t rush until my sophomore year and sometimes I wished I had done it when I first got to college. So my advice to freshman college girls who are considering rushing but are at the same time doubting it, try it anyways! You will find your home and you will love greek life
Omg your comment is ridiculous and really makes me lose faith in men of this generation. No girl is asking for you to confront a guy who is cat calling (though saying that you would get stabbed for telling a guy to stop catcalling is an extreme comment…), but what would be nice is to live in a world where catcalling didn’t happen. Women take catcalling seriously. I take it seriously because when I was 12 or 13 walking home from middle school in a tshirt and shorts I would be cat called. One time my friend and I were stalked by a white van. And guess what? I lived in a affluent neighborhood. I don’t want my daughter to have to deal with that. It doesn’t matter where you are, who you are, or what you are doing. Women deal with harassment everyday and it’s men like you who need to wake up and realize it

Marijuana is not the only thing she smoked that night…
