Mom and Pop winery in a term used to talk about small family wineries, normally those under 10 mil.
Further, the term is Construction Manager is the proper term, they are the fiduciary agent and work directly with the owner/financier on most corporate/capital projects. A general contractor only handles the building, not the design, financial backing, etc. In short, a Construction Manager is who runs everything, including giving the General Contractor his tasks. And the “current housing market” is much different than the market for corporate and capital projects, so I’d say they are doing just fine.
A construction worker and a Construction Manager which JP is are two very different things dear. Construction managers make quite a bit more money than a mom and pop winery.

did everyone hear that emily is close to being the next bachelorette? thank god. we need a southern sorority girl to replace that idiot ashley.
What sorority is she in?
According to be profile and what she said on the bachelor, she never went to college. If she had, I am sure she would of been a southern sorority sweetheart, getting knocked up at 19 means she probably couldn’t have been in a sorority, at least not mine and many others I know of.
So Cute!!! Welcome to campus TPA!
How many interns did she have to fuck to get this many columns posted?
Jason’s wife and runner up on his season was an alpha chi at indiana, so looks like both successful marriages were alpha chi
