It all depends on campus culture. At my university most girls go through as sophomores (I did). Though, the “pyramid” is still taken into account. Think of it as an inverted pyramid. You want mostly freshman, in our case and sophomores, then less juniors and even less seniors/4th years. We also take into account their credit hours as a gauge to see how many semesters they will still be an active member. You’ll get out of it what you put in even if you have less semesters than girls who went through their freshman year. If you’re meant to be in a chapter they will see that and you could make a great impact on their sisterhood!
