Yes, the school mishandles information they receive but they slandered the school and the fraternity which caused a MASSIVE decline in admissions. It’s just like when news papers and magazine and things like that write bad things about public figures, they get sued for basically “ruining their reputation” which is what the dean of students and Phi Psi is suing for.
