Love this and my parents were the same way. I’m very close with my mom now that I’m in college and I feel completely comfortable talking to her about Tinder and “who’s doing it” because we’re adults. Am I dependent? No. I can text my mom throughout the day without needing her input for every decision. And she is definitely definitely not “living through me.”
