i like to think that i would have made different choices at the beginning of the movie…
Like for example, giving the man I’m suppose to marry the proper respect instead of running of with some boy..

I would not be caught dead in Chacos or Louis, and I’m not the biggest Longchamp fan either(didn’t even know what Vera Bradley is- looked it up. uhm ew.). Tory Burch makes some really simple cute bags that are more affordable for school, but it is my personal opinion that investing in something truly beautiful and individual for school like a Bottega or Balenciaga is a must- Barneys has some really great ones that are simple and huge and that way we don’t look like a group of clones when walking to class.
For shoes in general, I try to avoid flip flops(true life: they’re #trashy, sorry bout it) in favor of simple fun sandals, someone has already said something about Tory Burch sandals, but on the Jack Rogers- just because Neiman carries something doesn’t mean it isn’t trashy, they respond to demand so if it’s within the Neiman price point and people want it they’ll carry it…. are trashy Florida people also incapable of individual thought?. Guiseepe Zanotti is also great for ones that are similar to Jack Rogers but better put together. Also slip off sandals can disappear during the inevitable extended blackout on vacay or gameday-so much better to have something actually attached to your feet.
I’m surprised no one has mentioned yoga pants- I refuse to dress up for class but I live in my Lululemons- so comfy and they make even amazing asses look that much more fantastic. American Apparel Viscose tanks and tees are also vital to my wardrobe- summer and winter they’re soooo amazingly comfortable. Stay Sratty ladies!

It’s not even funny how obvious it is that you’re from the West coast–your ‘superiority and snobbery complex’ oozes out of your choices for designer labels. These are brands that one would see at private schools in LA like USC or LMU, but not necessarily in the south, so please spare us from your second-hand regurgitation of what you saw L.C. wearing on ‘The Hills’.

That was rude and uncalled for.
Who cares if she is from the west coast? This discussion is about fashion not calling people out on what you viewed as “superiority and snobbery complex”.

Clairee Belcher: Oh like she cares. Ousier’s never done a religious thing in her life.
Ouiser Boudreaux: Now that is not true. When I was in school, a bunch of my friends and I would dress up as nuns and go bar-hoppin’.

Ohh how i love Steel Magnolias<333

When it comes to shoes, I mostly wear top sider. I loooove them! I grew up between Bay and Galveston so I was practically raised in them.
I’m a fan of huge purses, I don’t really have a name brand that I stick to when it comes to this but at the moment I have the cutest Channel bag that I absolutely adore<3
I’m not a fan of looking like you struggled to get ready this morning. I make an effort to look cute and presentable when I go to class out of respect for my professors. My wardrobe consists of ralph lauren, Lilly p. Kate spade and a lot of nautical pieces but i also like to balance it all with something from target or a boutiques
    My personal opinion
Vera Bradley actually has some cute things, and it’s adorable in moderation. For example, I have a pink V.brad. lanyard that i keep my keys on and it looks nice and tasteful because it doesn’t overdue the pattern or style.
I don’t think as a college student we should have a lot of over the top expensive things because you are with a mixed crowed and I for one don’t want to feel over dressed for a simple occasion.
Jack Rogers are actually cute with the right outfit. It is a southern thing, along with the outfits they would go with.
    Anyways, I hoped this helped!

i dont know if it’s because you have an iphone or not, but i can’t take anything you said seriously because you can’t even spell Chanel right. that being said, for all girls out there who don’t know about or don’t like jack rogers, please reevaluate your life immediately. jack rogers are a classy staple, chacos are NS, no exceptions. chacos are for GDIs who need support for their collapsing arches and cankles due to their colossal whale-like bodies. sorority girls need to be classy, attractive and intelligent, effectively setting the bar for other girls to follow. We are not bimbos, we are ladies. Pearls, a lilly dress, a good pedicure and self-confidence are the bare essentials. coach, vera bradley, and to a certain extent the over-commercialized Chanel and LV bags and symbols are NS, because they do not exude elegance or good taste. sorority women are the elite, lets dress like we know it.

Haha, my thoughts exactly on the Chanel dilemma.

I sincerely apologize for the auto correct. I’ll be watching what I type next time.
