Although most people, myself included, may view a proposal at a wedding inappropriate, it doesn’t mean we can judge him for it. It’s equally as likely that he simply thought that that was “the” moment or maybe he spoke with the couple before hand. Either way, the only assumption from this one photo and action is that he proposed at a wedding.
