So Funny thing…
I posted this on my wall because not only do i understand the girls concerns but i believe in the end it leaves a powerful message. The next day, my sorority actually sent me a standards email 1)asking me if this is how i feel (yes I have weight to loose but i don’t feel this way) and 2) saying that i am required to take it down, because if there are issues they want me to handle it internally rather than on a public social platform. Basically they are being self centered and only caring about how the incoming pnm’s and outsiders view the sorority, rather than take care of their own. My response to them 1) So, are you calling me fat? 2) no i don’t feel this way, luckily although there are other issues I have with the chapter and 3) I’m sorry i will not take the post down because it does not break any social media policy, and I will not give in to the e-boards self centered decision.
