I think recruitment needs to be changed, but not in the way suggested. Let’s be honest, girls just won’t show up to some chapters & that will in turn make for more cuts from “top tiers” leaving more girls bidless & ending up in no house at all because they completely looked past the house they’d fit into, while the lower tier houses slowly die off. Houses come off so different on the outside than they are on the inside.
