Um, why is it the “liberal” media that lied to us about these things? I think it’s just media in general. Also, that last one doesn’t seem to be a lie if we really do learn something from it.
I really don’t think we should be putting down people who need to talk to a therapist. Many people have issues that a little “vent sesh” can’t fix and do need professional help. I mean, just from reading the wall, it seems like most sorority girls suffer from anorexia, which would definitely require therapy and counseling. (Yes, I know most girls are joking about it and not serious when they post their TSMs…but you have to wonder if there are a few who actually do starve themselves on a regular-and too often-basis). I don’t think we should be stigmatizing therapy or putting those down who need help. It might encourage girls who really need the help to not go, thinking they may be judged.
This is inappropriate. People can’t help who they are or how they were born. If that’s your personal opinion, fine, I’m not going to sit on an internet forum and try to change your mind, but, in the future, keep it to yourself. Being in a sorority is about embracing sisterhood. Just because a chick happens to like other chicks doesn’t mean she’s still not a fellow woman who deserves our respect. It’s not a TSM to be blindly prejudiced against a group of people; just think, had you said something about “African Americans….” you’d be called a racist. Your post is along similar lines and it honestly makes me sick to see.
Read “Gone With the Wind” aka the Bible of being a lady. Can’t get drunk, nothing more than a bit of blackberry wine. Sorry to break it to you “ladies”
There’s a huge difference between being a lady and being in a sorority, which most girls on this site don’t seem to remember. Ladies wouldn’t be “shacking” up with random frat guys and bragging about it. Ladies wouldn’t judge others by outward appearances but would get to know them. Ladies don’t drink anything stronger or more than a bit of blackberry wine. Let’s be honest, this isn’t a TLM site, it’s TSM. Big difference.
Girls can have tattoos and still be classy. As long as it’s hidden wearing normal clothing and is meaningful to the girl who got it, it’s not a trashy, horrible thing.

I took it today too!! Good luck (I know, a little late, but it doesn’t count until you’ve seen your scores)

Yet necessary for “Thank You” notes- a thing all good wives must write. They make the husband look good too.
