Quick clarification for you: The wall that was painted is the well known graffiti wall, it is constantly being painted and painted over again by various groups. It is an established and well known thing, and it often even has advertisements painted on it. Sororities and fraternities also paint the wall as a tradition, signing their own names for pledge classes, graduating classes, etc. I don’t know that anyone ever has trouble finding the people who normally paint the walls, as their names and groups are, more often than not, literally written on the wall. Additionally, prosecution is not really a thing as the wall is literally there to be painted on, and is often used for free speech. This may seem like a meaningless clarification at this point, but doing your background research is important, especially in situations like this where everyone seems to have a vendetta against Greek Life, or anyone who has differing political views.
