Not only do you sound like a bitch, but you are also woefully ignorant. Of course you can get wrinkles in your twenties, there are no age restriction on them. Also in past posts you’ve said tanning beds can be healthy; at which point I fully realized how stupid you are about your health.
By all means go tan outside responsibly by using at the very least 15 spf sunscreen, but don’t advocate slowly killing your health and beauty by laying in beds every week.
