who wants to get married or plan a wedding in grad school? i’m sure if you only get your bachelor’s or aspire to be a stay-at-home mom that’s fine to get married before 25, but i won’t even be done with school until i’m 25 and then i’ll be doing two residencies after that to get a job at st. jude’s. and on top of that my boyfriend will be in law school, so we’ve both agreed to wait until we’ve completed our educations. i don’t see how that’s any less respectable than getting married. these condescending comments about having something wrong with you if you’re not married by then are just ridiculous. it’s not the 50’s anymore. okay i’m done with my rant. for some reason watching mad men has made me extra touchy on this subject. hah.
