Being a premed student who learns about bacterial diseases and infections daily, I have to highly disagree with the practice of free bleeding. Disease is spread very easily and rapidly through the contact with another individual’s blood, which is why when you’re at the doctors gloves are always used. What happens when you wipe off the chair they were sitting on, the blood leaks through the napkin, and on to your hand..the hand you just realized has an open wound on it
