I love him and would ultimately choose him over an organization, if the choice was necessary. However, it isn’t fair for me either to half to apologize for being busy or needed just because he doesn’t understand it. I balance it quite well but it would be nice if he could appreciate all of my hard work since it means so much to me, or at least pretend to care. The bottom line is though, if he doesn’t support me in some little sorority business, will he in a long term actual job/position? That’s what this was about. I do respect all he does for his chapter regardless of their size, our experiences are just different.
