I’m also a cosmetics junkie and have wayyy too much makeup! I’m very fair skinned (a term I always use- sounds much nicer than pale!) and I have tried Chanel bronzer, MAC, Stila, Bare Minerals, and tons more, but my favorite bronzer EVER is Neutrogena! They have a mosaic bronzer that is just fabulous. I swear by Maybelline Falsies mascara- it’s amazing! Trust me, along with bronzer, I’ve used every mascara in the book! Diorshow is great too. I love the Diorshow primer, and use that under my mascara when I want a little extra drama. I’ve been wearing Chanel’s double perfection compact since I was 16 and absolutely love it. You can put it on as lightly as you want, or you can use a bit more and it’ll cover absolutely anything. NARS Orgasm, duh. It’s a classic for a reason! NARS Laguna Bronzer is also amazing, it just got so popular that it can be hard to find sometimes! Nail polish-wise, I’m an OPI girl, but love Chanel’s colors. I also have one nail polish from Sephora by OPI and it’s one of my favorite nail polishes ever! The color is beautiful and it doesn’t chip for days. Chanel brow pencils are amazing, and their eye shadow quads come in such great colors and last forever! I have tons of them because I literally can’t use them up!

I just finished Summer in the City by Candace Bushnell. It’s the second in the Carrie Diaries series. Both great easy read books! Also if you’re like me and just love weddings, Nora Robert’s Bridal Quartet books are fabulous.

One book I loved was God and Football by Chad Gibbs. If you are an SEC football fan it is a must read!

I LOVE the Bridal Quartet books!! Lies Chelsea Handler told me is absolutely hilarious. I tried to read it on a plane but had to stop because I was laughing so hard that people were staring at me!
If you’re an equestrian like me, read Flying Changes and Riding Lesson. They’re both by Sara Gruen, who wrote Water for Elephants. They’re also a little bit sad, but absolutely amazing. I read them years ago and didn’t realize the author connection until after I finished Water for Elephants!! Nicholas Sparks- I completely agree with what was said earlier. A Walk to Remember is wayyyy better as a book than a movie. The Wedding is a great sequel to The Notebook. I read the last song but haven’t seen the movie, partially because I cried so hard reading the book I’m not sure I could even get through the movie. If you decide to read the book, just be ready to cry (and cry, and cry). I’ve been dying to read The Help and The Hunger Games, and this discussion convinced me to start them ASAP. Great idea ladies!

As a Chi O, I of course have my copy of our symphony framed. Another cute idea I love is a Lilly (or any cute fabric, really) memo board! I hang mine over my desk and it’s SO cute!! My favorite thing in my room is a poster sized picture that I took while I studied in Italy that I framed and hung over my bed. My friends always used to ask me where I bought it- it’s beautiful!
