A security video should not be able to EVER be used in this way. That the girls were probably having fun and getting rowdy after a stressful week is their own business…It is their place of residence. It is weird and creepy their nationals would even be this focused on something so harmless, and that they would be watching the video and spying on them. You watch a security video if there was a crime and you are seeking information. It is not as if they did this on the front porch or at a mixer!
