As someone with a ‘monetary major’, I found this article somewhat offensive. The article was written in a way that generalized business majors as people focused solely on money and power. I elected to pursue a career in business because I legitimately love the world of accounting; What can I say? I’m the weirdo who loves numbers. It’s not fair to discredit monetary majors as people who lack passion in their career choices, because I’m only doing what’s best for me- just like you!
As a recent graduate, I received a job offer across the country in a city where I knew absolutely no one. One thing that gave me comfort in moving was that my national sorority was there to support me the whole way. With alumni chapters across the country, my sorority’s alumni network was there to connect me with sisters in my new city who welcomed me with open arms and quickly integrated me into the alumni chapter and my new city. For me, my sorority wasn’t just for four years, it’s for life, which is so much more difficult for those in a local chapter that only operates in a certain city. While some may love their local chapter, joining a national sorority was absolutely the best choice for me.
While I would agree that the exact number doesn’t matter, no one wants to marry the girl who has slept with 100 different guys. We may like to think it doesn’t matter, but it does.

You’re an internet troll on a college humor website. Who’s the loser now?
You’re obviously just upset you’re not as pretty as she is… We get it.
Am I the only one who understands this is satire?
Acting like you’ve never judged someone for being slutty. It’s a TSM.
