    Honestly, it looked like a majority of the new line is going to be housewares and such, nothing similar to the dresses that are sold in the actual Lilly P stores. Many top designers have partnered with target to help reach a larger audience. Often times the lines are only available for a few weeks and most stores figure that if you’ll fall in love with a 20$ scarf design, you’ll be more willing to pay a few hundred for a matching dress. It’s just a marketing strategy to bring in more customers, probably not intended to create outrage.
