    Therapy is good for everyone, including your friends who are tired of hearing about your ex boyfriend for the 9th weekend in a row. It’s important to take care of yourself: diet, exercise and mental health, too. It’s much better to cry in front of your therapist than in the library the night before a test, trust me. Learning how to deal with stress and promote positive mental health is a key to leading a happy life no matter what’s happening around you.
