As much as I agree with a good majority of this (other than the comment about not letting someone with a scar on their face participate in recruitment; are you KIDDING me?), there is no reason this should be published on the internet. PNMs should not know that there is any kind of process involved during recruitment, such as bump groups. They obviously suspect something is going on behind closed doors, but it should never be confirmed that there is such an intricate process.
