A senior brother of Sigma Chi up here just came out in the fall. When he told his chapter, they applauded and hugged him, and best of all, they let him tell everyone else on his own instead of spreading it around. In a group as big as greek life, statistically, there are bound to be a few gays or lesbians. And there’s no room or reason for us to treat them differently or poorly.

Shit like this is why sorority girls get a bad rep. It’s the same thing as if those pi phis went in a bugged her about going through recruitment while she was doing her show.
It may seem silly to those not in greek life, but bid day for sororities is an important day. It’s the culmination of a lot of hard work. Any other day, I’m sure they would smile, take her flyer & nod, even if they didn’t give a shit about her play.
And of course they didn’t let her into their house. She was bugging them, being rude & that’s private property.
