I agree with this 100 percent, there are certain fields like nursing that women are just better suited for due to a remarkable attention to detail and their natural bedside manner that many women possess, but in the medical world, obviously when you’re looking for a surgeon you’re going to be looking for a person with confident and rapid decision making abilities with the intelligence to match, which lends itself to the y chromosome.
