Delta Chi at the University of Maryland was the perfect example of a fraternity that should be removed from campus. They can claim they did all of these things, (philanthropy, service, membership evaluations, etc.) however I can guarantee no genuine effort was made to revive their culture. Their self-imposed social moratorium was bullshit as I went to many of their parties this semester. DFSL made the correct decision.
