All we can do now is continue to support and love our soldiers from the home front, and let them know that we appreciate and miss them.

I think the best thing to do when building endurance is to focus first on the amount of time you run, adding a few minutes each run and then work on making the distance you travel in that time farther. Also, remember to always pace yourself because an injury is the last thing you want! Good luck with running – you’ll love it!
A lady never openly insults. I know it’s all the rage to act out and be catty for some, but since you put the word out there, it’s “tacky” to make such remarks. Also, “dirty rush” should not be confused with the dreaded “informal recruitment.”
Don’t worry darling he can’t even take those things out of the hospital if they’re dirty depending on his specialty. I never do. All you’ll need is a nice car to get his dry cleaned suits!
