Maybe it’s something for people from places other then California. Being from California, people from here are tired of the Kardashian Klan. It’s like a broken record that someone won’t let you throw away because they think it’s still cool. The Kardashians live in a bubble of media coverage. While everyone is busy worrying about Kourtney and Scott, or Kim and Kris, they forget that there are troops overseas. Good men and women who fight hard and earn their money, and are still completely underpaid for the work they do on a daily basis. If you want to talk about the real world, go to a veterans home, look at the people of this country that America has cast off to be forgotten. Stand on the sidelines and watch military officers walk up to doorsteps and deliver the news in person, that a husband, a father, a hero, was taken by a war . Go to a military base, and look at the faces of our troops, as they reunite with their families. Look at those who consider themselves fortunate that their husbands, sisters, mothers, fathers, or wives have made it home safely. Every single one of those families, that have gone through hell and back, is a power couple. People who live in a world, where money is truly earned, and not given to you because of your name. Troops who die, so we can remain a free country.

Even with Kourtney having been in a sorority and Scott coming from old money, Scott always manages to act like the biggest douche around. Not a characteristic of a power couple. And while Kourtney and Scott had Mason and I agree he’s adorable, getting pregnant before you’re married is NS.

While you were out getting your nails done, I was busy fighting for our country overseas in the US Marines. And while I’m sure you have your fratdaddy and your daddy’s credit card, I have no desire to act like a spoiled self righteous witch. So while I may need a manicure, you are in need of so much more. Remember to make the first thing on your list, to respect the fine veterans of this nation, because without their sacrifice, you wouldn’t have any of your “certain unalienable rights”.

P.S.- the birthday of both the Navy and the Marine Corps are in 1775, meaning my Marine Corps is older then your sorority.
