We love our fratstars but please leave immediately and return to hazing. If you actually went to KSU you would know that Tri Delts are the bottom tier house on campus.
I would venture to say that the Triad (Tri Delt, Chi O and Pi Phi) is top tier at K-state. Zeta doesn’t even have a house…
I don’t think that she was trying to say zeta was better, not sure why you had to throw that out there. Zeta actually does have a house next to Beta being remodelled that will be ready for Fall, which will actually be the most expensive ZTA property by the time it’s completed.
