That prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, gender, sexual orientation, ability, religious affiliation, Height, size, or anything else that makes a difference. This entire conversation hinges on the idea that it is okay for some people to feel uncomfortable while seking an education because it doesn’t offend other people who are seeking an education.
