Literally love this. When I joined my sorority we were considered “bottom tier” (or as bottom tier as you can get a tiny, tiny Pennsylvania college which, really, wasn’t that “bottom tier”) but by the time I got to senior year SO many girls and a lot of guys would say “I never knew blahblah’s were so chill!” like… yeah? I find that most of the girls in “bottom tier” sororities have the tightest sisterhoods but that’s just my experience (in no way saying “top tier” sisterhoods aren’t just as tight).
This is the worst, most superficial post I’ve ever seen on this website. I’m not saying she shouldn’t have an opinion, but if this is the way she feels as a sister now? Then she went Greek for all the wrong reasons. She should have just said, I wanted to pledge for popularity and that’s it because that’s exactly how I read this article. I don’t believe this person has an actual understanding of sisterhood otherwise this wouldn’t even be a thing.
