I read this expecting to be upset, but I totally agree with how you responded to it. Since I’ve started dating my boyfriend, I’ve put on some weight, and it’s a GREAT route to say “hey, let’s be healthy together.” Really wonderful relationships are the ones in which we encourage each other to be the best versions of ourselves.
