I do love JCrew wedding dresses and the fabric is real silk as opposed to poly that you would find at Alfred Angelo, or any dress found at Davids Bridal. That place makes my stomach churn thinking about how cheap the fabric feels. Just a preface, I am a fashion design major so I deal with lots of fabric. I agree with you S_UT, Alfred Angelo dresses are featured at Davids Bridal which is alot like the thrift store of the bridal world. I would look into Maggie Sottero dresses although I would make sure you have around 5 months before the wedding date to order because Ive had a few sisters tell me their dresses take a little longer to be shipped. Another smaller wedding company that does some beautiful gowns is Allure, their private label is actually quite stunning, alot of lace, and three dimensional work. P.S congratsssss!
