Yes, I’m insecure, maybe because of articles like this… I happen to have Turner’s Syndrome, a disease that you can Google herself, but basically it affects women and their hormones. We tend to be short and very petite with not many curves… Do you think it’s funny to be made fun because of something I can’t control? Or that it’s funny that I feel embarassed to go to the beach, have fun and own cute bikinis because I look 13 instead of 22 ’cause I have small boobs?
Except this is offensive not just to me but the 70% of women who are unhappy with their size and the two million who had boob jobs because they have been told bigger boobs are better. Body shaming shouldn’t be ok and shouldn’t be dismissed with ”it’s just a joke” because clearly all the women who want and who actually got bigger boobs don’t think it’s a joke, otherwise they wouldn’t have changed their bodies. There’s no other reason to get a boob job other than social pressure, because having small boobs isn’t a disease that you need to do something about.
