I wholeheartedly agree with you. The first door stack my group witnessed during recruitment made the people in front back up so fast that the entire group almost turned into a bunch of collapsing dominoes. Two people in the back actually fell down. Door stacks aren’t an evil thing. They’re meant to welcome people, but all of that energy presented in such an “in your face” manner makes some PNMs want to run for their lives, especially when its a surprise.
