I think all physical contact between people should be legally redefined as mutual rape (as a default starting position). If physical contact occurs between two people, we need to presume that both have been victimized as our default position. The null hypothesis needs to be that mutual rape has occurred, until and unless one or the other party can prove they did receive clear verbal consent. Also, parents touching children should be classified as child molestation until and unless the parent can be shown to have received clear verbal consent. For example, I found out recently that I was breast fed by my mother. Of course I now feel violated. I never gave consent to have my mother insert her breast and nipple in my mouth. I saw a picture of her raping my mouth with a smile on her face. I’m feeling sick to my stomach and a bad case of post traumatic stress disorder coming on. I think I might call 911 to report my mother for child molestation. I’m trembling with victimhood right now. I need a safe space because the trauma is so devastating.

I’m thinking a sex act consent app for your phone is the perfect solution. Let’s classify all human contact as rape unless such an app is used. The app will lead both parties through a series of questions prior the both parties engaging in each particular sexual act, and it will take a time-stamped video of each giving clear, unambiguous consent before engaging in each activity. A similar form can be used for group sex encounters. Also, in general I think it’s a good idea to video all sexual encounters from at least two angles with audio, just in case. Without the video, then it’s clearly rape. When I think of all the times two people have gotten together drunk and raped each other it makes me tremble and I feel sick. Mutual rape is a HUGE problem that we don’t even realize we have, and I think we need to start teaching people about it. They probably don’t even realize they’ve been victimized yet until they’re taught. Rape is NEVER the victim’s fault, even in cases of drunk mutual rape.

But back to my sexual consent app. Say I’m fingering a girl and she’s moaning (after having utilized the app of course, to consent to that particular sexual act). Now say I want to bring another finger into play. Easy breezy! Just bring up the app. Search for the fingering sex act we just both consented to, add another finger to the mix by simply tapping on the diagram of the hand, and then the app automatically generates a video consent form for both of us to “sign” by simply reading back the consent agreement for use of a different finger into the camera: “I, Jane Smith, do give my consent to use of the right hand ring finger, in addition to the other fingers already agreed to” etc. And then it’s back the fun for both of you! Both parties have legal protections, and consent is on audio and video with a time stamp. This can be correlated against the video evidence from the cameras running inside the room. This is really the best way to protect both parties from the psychological devastation of unintended mutual rape.

I fell asleep drunk with my girl and I woke up to her giving me oral sex. I never gave her consent and she never asked, so it’s a clear case of rape. Now nine months later (after she just dumped me) I realize that I’d been raped. I want her expelled for sexual assault so she can’t get into another school. It took nine months, but I realize now that I’ve been experiencing post traumatic stress disorder this whole time. Rape is NEVER the victim’s fault.

I was sexting with a girl I’d been dancing with earlier, after I was home in bed. I was too drunk to go to her place, but she came over to my place and we made out and fell asleep together without actually having sex. I woke up during the night and she was giving me oral sex. We eventually started dating and were together for nine months, when she dumped me. Looking back on that situation though, I think I was raped. I just didn’t know it at the time. I didn’t give my consent. Isn’t the burden of proof on her to prove that I gave my consent? I think I dated her because of post traumatic stress disorder. My body language was clearly saying “no” as I just lay there. I’m thinking of going to the police with this. I know it’s been a while, but the burden of proof is on her, right? I think at very least I can get her expelled for being a rapist. She’ll never get in another school after that! I think I’d like to do that, because she deserves it. What if she were to rape someone else like she raped me?
