What I am about to say will be unpopular, but it is the truth. If a woman is incapable of saying no except under threat of physical harm, then she is mentally a child. And these women do a great deal of harm to adult women who seek gender equality. They spread the message that women are incapable of being an adult and expressing what they want or don’t want.
Did you just lay there as he took your clothes off or did you help take them off? Did he put his hands on your knees and pull your legs apart or did you open them yourself? If you opened your legs to be penetrated, you just gave non-verbal consent. Then you had sex with him never withdrawing the consent given. It isn’t his responsibility to ask you at every thrust if it is ok.
You may regret it now and didn’t like it, but that is a matter of making poor choices, not anything rape-ish.
