PSA: No TSM fail pictures was a decision made by my higher-ups for fear of suicidal 19 year-old sorority girls on TFM’s hands. Also, distinguishing between actual fails and pictures of girls who are just…ugly was becoming an issue. It’s not because I’m too lazy or doing my job incorrectly. We will re-evaluate soon. I am for them. Let’s put this to rest, if they come back they come back, for now, they won’t.

reeeelax. What you had was stupid, that’s why it got changed. You didn’t have the “doesn’t” either, and I missed it but it’s all better now. Don’t get your panties all up in a bunch. kitesabovetherest is a crybaby. Noted.

Constructive criticism offers a better alternative, not that there was much to constructively criticize; the column was well-written, funny, and relevant, whether or not its content was received well by everyone. Rash generalizations seem angry to me. But what do I know.

I’m sorry…Do you realize how mean it is to take pictures of real girls and place it under the caption “the uglies”? Fail Friday is one thing. If someone is embarrassing herself by submitting ridiculous photographs in hopes of pulling a TSM, I can’t control that, but I refuse to publicly victimize an innocent girl about whom I know nothing, and whose only evident fault is that she isn’t pretty, to entertain you. The fact that you’d request such a thing (and so vehemently) speaks volumes about your character and self-esteem.

As for the column, I thought it was super. Sorry to hear you didn’t like it as much as her other two.

That’s how I interpreted it. Or when you just did something really great and you lead with this to tell your sisters.
