Jenna used to be known as 2NOTBrokeGirls, but then one of the girls actually went broke, so she's struck out on her own. Jenna spends her free time saving the world, one sorority girl at a time (usually while wearing yoga pants), questioning why she decided to get a doctorate, and documenting her love of all things cheese related. You can ask her anything you want about football, using your boobs to get what you want, and pizza at @JennaLCrowley on Twitter or via email at JennaLCrowley@gmail.com.
I agree. I certainly didn’t mean it as a pity party, more that we can’t thrive in a university community that’s unhealthy and the standards need to be high for all groups for that to happen.
That’s a fair point. But as that we are members of the same university community, issues need to handled equally across the board for any group to succeed.
You’re misinterpreting the point about the different standard. What I said was that we DO hold ourselves to a higher standard and that’s a good thing. The problem is when universities apply different standards in a punitive manner to groups that are members of the same university community. If the university is willing to take action against fraternity or sorority for hazing or alcohol violation, they sure as hell should do the same their sports teams, instead of looking the other way.
Hi, can we be friends?
Totally my fault, I’ll get that corrected!
Thank you!
Literally watched it this weekend.
RIGHT?!?!
You clearly didn’t get that the underlining snark of this piece addressed exactly what you are saying.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it 🙂
Hmmmm, interesting. That wasn’t included in any of the sources I’ve read.

Actually, what I said was “Stop Holding Us to A Different Standard”, which was meant to convey exactly what you just said here.

Not what I’m saying. I’m saying the university should hold them to the same standard they do us.

The original source said Delta, which I thought was weird! I’ll get it fixed! Thanks 🙂
He’s adorbs, but unfortunately, they aren’t ranked in the top 25.
