At the end of her article she spoke about how sorority girls always fall back on the Philanthropy projects they do to appease the stereotypes. So, I closed the comment comparing the PSA.s she does with philanthropy. It went over your head.
I was also in fraternity, so perusing TSM is informative and entertaining for me. If someone disagrees with an opinion, statistics, or false facts written by a TSM writer or a commenter that does not make them a troll. Because I disagree with you does not make me troll. You do have to admit that many of the articles posted on this site are simply taken from other sites and are often filled with inaccurate facts or certain sociological myths advancing a certain agenda.
I am very busy during the day. I run two online commerce sites that are doing very well and have made me more money than I ever dreamed of. While I haven’t offered my extra set of hands to any non profits lately, I have given about 10% of my income to causes I believe in. I have donated to the Wounded Warrior Project, I gave money to the food pantry, the womens shelter, I bought $100 worth of Girls Scout cookies that I didn’t eat and threw away, and I also payed off two of my younger sisters’ student loans.
I also donated money to the NRA and the Tea Party, which I suppose makes me a troll.
All I pointed out is that there were only 126 on- duty deaths out of one million cops. Some of those are vehicle accidents. I am well aware of what cops do. Also consider that cops have on body armor, service belts, steel toe boots, a baton, a pistol, a taser, pepper spray, a badge that gives them authority to use force, and a radio to call for back up. A regular citizen with all of this armor would be pretty safe as well.

Ironically, many police departments have to court to fight for the right to hire NON College Educated cops. The reason educated cops quit is because they realize they can do better, whereas a cop with a high school diploma realizes that is the best job they will ever have.
