Never understood why Barbie gets so much shit from feminists. Not only does she have her own dreamhouse and sports car, she’s also had a career in every male dominated field. We should all strive to be more like Barbie. Love these new dolls though, I always wanted a brown eyed Barbie when I was little.
THANK YOU. She’s not into him. Point blank period. If she was she would have asked him to formal or a date function, not set him up with other girls. He’s wasting his time instead of finding a girl with mutual interest.
Alright I’m about to keep it real and offend a lot of people probably. We don’t need to be updated on this story cause we know how it ends. They’re not going to end up together. Ever. He pulled out all the strings for her, did a really sweet, kind thing for her and she still jumped in bed with the asshole who she probably no longer even speaks to. She knows she has him and can get things out of him without ever having to cross any sexual lines. That’s okay, she shouldn’t have to feel obligated to do anything with him. But then she’s going to climb into bed and whine about other men? This girl knows what she’s doing. she won’t ever wake up and realize what she has in front of her until he moves on to a girl who actually sees him the same way.
Oh and one other thing: everyone in the comments going “aww where can I find one?” You probably already have one, that you also don’t view in any sexualized way. I know I do.
I can see the title now. “FRAT BOYS HAVE PARTY: everyone has a good time and world keeps spinning.” Everything about her article signals to me that she was rejected by the Greek life at her college and is determined as an adult to get revenge. Glad to see her little social experiment completely failed.
My boyfriends little sister is 14 and she looks more like a 21 year old than i do. She wears a face full of make up, push up bras and low cut tops, and has a boyfriend that she has sex with. I would give anything to go back to the innocent days of blue eyeshadow and poorly brushed hair. Life was simple back then.
At the end of a lot of versions of the song (ie Vanessa Williams’ version) you hear the female laugh and say “okay, you’ve convinced me I’ll stay” so bam there’s your consent.
People will bitch about anything these days.
Thank you so much for writing this. Your story started the same as mine. I love what you said about making how little you can eat a game, because that’s exactly what I’ve been doing to myself the last 6 months. I’m currently eating around 1000 calories a day, but to me that is progress because just a few weeks ago I was only eating around 500. Learning to love myself again is hard, but it’s nice to know that recovery is possible and I’m not alone. Good looks TSM.
lol I’m actually the opposite. My mom is the only call I won’t ignore. We chat a few times a week to catch up, and I know it means a lot to her. Is it really that hard for some people to be decent to their parents?
Anybody else feel like this site is harmful? It’s like an online burn book, and we all know how well that ends. Be a normal human being and bitch to your friends, your mom, your dog, but blasting people online seems kind of like high school stuff. Sorry not sorry.
Ladies, we have got to start taking control of our bodies. If you don’t want to give someone your body SPEAK UP. We have got to stop being so afraid of what men or any other person will think of us, and we have got to stop letting men talk us into doing things we’re not comfortable with.
Look, I know it’s not easy. I had a huge crush on this boy for years. Finally, he invited me over to his house. We start making out (I’m okay with this) but he starts tugging at my pants and shirt. I tell him no, he keeps trying. So I got up. He tried to pull me back into the bed, so I started screaming. He kicked me out and told everyone I was crazy and yeah it sucked. The majority of my high school hated me (cause he was really popular) but when I look back on it I know I made the right decision and I’m proud of my little 15 year old self.
I guess the point of my story is to say the trauma is just not worth it. Any guy worth loving will respect you and your body. Your Prince Charming will not threaten to leave you, if you don’t open your legs. I didn’t think I had the courage or strength to stand up for myself and get out of there either, but I did and for that I am eternally grateful. Take care of yourselves ladies please please please!
The point of the article clearly went over your head so I’ll explain it to you. You shouldn’t be ashamed of your sorority. You should be very proud of your letters. But so should the girls who are in the less popular ones. Girls in bottom tier are constantly told they’re “not in a real sisterhood” or that “they all secretly wish they were in different letters” and it’s not true at all. Wearing your letters is an honor, but it’s also an honor for those girls in lower tiers.
was there any point to this article besides bragging about your boyfriend?

This is oddly brilliant. Using this to avoid future tragedy thank you
Well that was way less exciting than I imagined.

Ugh TSM why are you letting this obnoxious airhead continue to write for you? Please spare us.
22. What sorority is she in?
23. Hahahaha she’s a GDI even better
*laughs all the way to the kitchen and causally drinks entire bottle of wine*
What makes me sad is the fact that she’s even considered “fat.” Love that she did this, hope more female celebrities follow her lead.

Voice of an angel? Let’s not get crazy now…

Nah, but your over the top reaction proved that you’re prissy. So bravo.
