After telling him I got off BC because of serious depression, he prescribed me something else and said, “Here’s a 3 month supply, but if you feel like jumping in front of a bus, let me know so we can get you something else.”
Also, he kinda slut shamed me for not being on BC and still having sex. Thanks, you misogynistic asshole.
I had to double check your profile to see if you were in my chapter (you’re not lol). But as a senior in the bottom house at my school, I definitely teared up reading this. I’ve been feeling this way since day 1, and while our chapter has worked hard to improve since I joined, it’s not there yet. I’m sending this to all my sisters to encourage them. Thank you so much for writing this!
I really enjoyed reading this. I’ve been seeing more and more sorority girls stray away from Lilly and bows and become more individual. Trends come and go, and I think the “stereotypical sorority girl” mentality was just a trend. And you’re right – we can still like wine and crafting and norts, or we can wear real clothes and be smart and witty and make GDIs jealous, or we can be a mix of both. Great post!
Well, this was depressing to read. Seriously, you gossip about the sisters in trouble? Wow. I am Standards, and this is the furthest thing from accurate. The only thing I even closely agree with is paragraph 5, and even that’s a stretch.
Worst thing a gyno has said to me:

Are you sure you weren’t on my study abroad trip? This is literally what happened. 6:04 am is gold.

This is absolutely perfect! As someone who is currently in a LDR, I can safely say these are all accurate. Thank you for this!

Or because it’s a quality iron that doesn’t damage your hair…?
I’m so embarrassed we go to the same school.
That’s exactly how my bows are organized!
I use Bare Minerals for my foundation, blush, bronzer, and I love it because it is light and never looks caked on.
