Satire- the use of humor, irony, exaggeration, or ridicule to expose and criticize people’s stupidity or vices, particularly in the context of contemporary politics and other topical issues.
Am I allowed to stereotype myself, or would all the world’s progressives smite me for making fun of myself? Wait, by rolling up on a horse and carriage wearing a Searsucker suit, I’m obviously only adding to the oppression! The horse is simply a metaphor to the white man’s burden and the need control. My seersucker suit symbolizes the attire of the plantations owners who are to blame for most of, if not ALL of the worlds problems. The money spent on this party is simply blood money; money stemming from the tree of slavery and all the fruits associated with it.
I think the problem is men don’t get enough practice. You can only watch so much game film before it loses its value. More experience = better results.
“Because ya know, us whities kinda enslaved an entire people”- you know who else enslaved those same impoverished people in Africa, rich Africans. There was slavery in Rome, Mesopotamia, Egypt, etc. Legitimately everywhere there was slavery throughout history, and many times, it was based on the theory that those conquered or less endowed economically were simply inferior. There was so called studies and science to back up these claims. There was also a science behind the theory that the world was flat, that the sun revolved around the world, among others. All these theories were wrong. The people that believed these theories weren’t dumb or mean spirited, simply mislead and human (for the most part).
Now if you associate a confederate flag with racism, so be it. However, many, and I say many, people believe that it stands for a period of time when people did what they thought was right. I acknowledge that slavery was one of the issues, but it wasn’t the overarching issue. The overarching issue was whether a government a thousand miles away could dictate your way of life on a day to day basis. The people who seceded weren’t power hungry, malevolent or crazy, they simply didn’t want to be underrepresented in a government that played such an important role in their way of life. The simple truth is that slavery was an economic base of a region, and many people grew accustom to that way of life. They would have rather be damned than to give someone up North a pass at effecting change in their life with a stroke of a pen.
Many good men and women died, and that sacrifice wasn’t in the name of continuing or discontinuing slavery, but for what they thought was right. If you can’t see a selfless sacrifice like that as something worth remembering, there’s no reason in continuing this discussion.
“From the beginning of the night, make it clear that there is a goalie in place”, poor analogy, even the best golies let a few in.
But in all seriousness, a formal invite or acceptance doesn’t and shouldn’t guarantee sex. I’m a bit out of character here, but there was an instance when I was in this guys shoes and my date did exactly what you you’re saying. Instead of pouting about it or being pushy, I just said fuck it and proceeded to enjoy my night. I’m sure she respected that, because she reciprocated the invite and she was singing a different tune a few weeks later.
Poor people are disenfranchised, the disenfranchised are generally minority, and minorities are generally less wealthy. You’ve now graduated with a BA in Sociology. You want a Masters? Throw in white privilege and a few liberal published pieces and your set!
You’re still my favorite grandex writer. Does KittyKat69 have a twitter?
If this doesn’t confirm the stereotype that all Asian’s look the same (regardless of gender), I don’t know what does.

That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind
That guy has bad hair.
Who are you to assume they don’t have girlfriends. They’re just holding out until marriage.

…I’m in.

When I’m rich, I’ll let you withdraw $10,000 on a whim. You can’t do this though…
I stopped reading at awkward boner, no shame here.
P.S. I’ll let you be the big spoon anytime 😉
I want to see more of you, and I mean that in more ways than one.
I’ve always been a big fan of the saying “It’s 5 o’clock somewhere”, and this same rule applies here.
$2,100? Sounds like a short relationship.
Not a fan of punctuation?

Pass.

You’re*, sorry.
