While you’re at it, maybe stop being pieces of shit too. We all know breakups suck, but don’t let it bring out the worst in you. Stop trying to spite him. He doesn’t care, and neither should you. Leave his new girlfriend alone. She didn’t do anything to you. You’re not together anymore, so why should you care? Just move on. It’s that simple.
My boyfriend already had a problem with using the phone while I’m trying to have a conversation with him. It’s already a fight to get and keep his attention for more than 3 seconds. And now that Pokemon go is out he may as well just not even exist and I might as well talk to a wall
I don’t necessarily think recruitment is superficial, but I do think there’s a lot of unnecessary pressure that comes along with it. I notice a lot of girls are so preoccupied with what to wear, do, or say that they forget why they’re rushing in the first place. I was the same way. I didn’t think “could I see myself grabbing Taco Bell at midnight with this girl?” I was more worried about them liking me. It took me a year to realize that I ended up with a sorority full of girls who were just as goofy, sarcastic, and down to earth as I am. I wish I could have seen that side of them during recruitment. If I had, I would’ve pledged in a heartbeat without a doubt in my mind.
I’ve been doing this since age 14. Pro tip: use it to take off your eye makeup too, and watch your dark circles disappear. Vaseline is my quintessential beauty product
I’m having problems with my boyfriends ex harassing me (even tho they broke up two years ago and we’ve been dating 8 months, psycho much?) and that last line just reminded me to be thankful my ex is 2 hours away and nowhere near my business
Also: DON’T literally post the exact same picture every time. I can’t tell you how many Instagram profiles I’ve seen where it’s a girl who just posts a selfie every day doing the kissy face and that’s it, that’s the entire aesthetic. Same makeup, same hair, same lighting, same angle, same pose. The only variety was sometimes she closed her eyes and sometimes she didn’t. After a while I just start to question the point in following you
Honestly, Seth Rogen is on the right track here. There is a MASSIVE double standard in Greek life. How many frat boys get away with blacking out, getting into fights, destroying property, puking in public, or getting sent to the hospital? How many frat boys get away with drinking in letters or showing up to events (philanthropies, etc) completely intoxicated or even drinking/doing drugs AT these events? There are hardly any repercussions for these actions. Sometimes there aren’t any consequences. But if sorority girls tried pulling these stunts, we’d be in a world of trouble. When the men do it, it’s applauded as a “total frat move.” When we do it, it’s punished via a standards hearing for “not upholding our values.” Fraternity men are awarded the privilege of being treated like adults, making their own choices, and dealing with the consequences themselves (once again, if there even are any). I don’t have that privilege. As a college aged, adult female in a sorority, I basically pay $3000 a semester to be babysat and have every aspect of my personal life governed by the standards chair and I think it’s time the bullshit stopped.
Lol. My boyfriend’s ex did a good portion of these things. Faked a kidnapping, falsified a rape claim, spite fucked his brothers while blackout drunk, invited herself into his fraternity brothers rooms where she proceeded to drink by herself on week nights to the point where she had to go to the ER. Twice. She’s now banned from his fraternity and I think she’s complete trash.
When one of your posts makes it on the list >>>>>
I’m not worthy
I’m offended.
In other news, the sky is blue unless it’s gray

So what I’m getting out of this is I should not get married, ever. Yeah? No?

Step one: don’t be friends with an ex
“If you’re trying to get revenge, you still care”

My boyfriend’s ex is banned from his fraternity and she STILL comes around. I’m half waiting for this to happen to me
