So you’ve had a rough go so far. Shit happens, but your upbringing did lead you to your sorority which I assume is the best thing that ever happened to you. So you joined this amazing group that has changed your life for the better and you still feel the need to play the victim role in your spare time. Sounds like you’ve been a victim you whole life which is understandable, but don’t you want to snap off the rear view mirror and change up your outlook on life? Anyone can be the victim. It’s the easiest thing to do. Do you and your sisters all collectively feel that spending time fighting a negative sorority perception is more valuable than just living within your house and community and enjoying your time together without acknowledging the tiny, irrelevant group of naysayers who slander you. Sounds like a waste of time, doesn’t it?
No. I’m just playing the numbers game here. Let’s take all the men out there… now lets narrow it down to the ones with instagram which as a percentage, is small…now narrow that down to the guys who follow “models”…ok, now here’s where we really narrow it down to an odd bunch: The guys who would actually “like” a stranger’s picture. I understand the reason for following a model to look at them, but why would anyone “like” her picture? There is nothing to be gained out of that. If she has 10k likes on one pic, your like won’t be recognized and even if she acknowledges your like, she doesn’t know you or care. There’s literally zero reason to do it. Anyway, of 10,000 men who like a stranger’s ass pic, you don’t think there’s a total weirdo in there? You don’t think there’s a dick pic guy among the bunch? Please. Yeah, of course it’s not right, but again, it comes with the territory. If she hates it she can make her IG private. That’s the easy solution to her problem, but she obviously won’t do it because she needs those followers. She can’t have it both ways.
Society does not think this. Don’t flatter yourself with the impression that society as a whole has a strong opinion about sorority life.. I just think you were looking for a reason to bring up your philanthropy and didn’t know how to lead into it.
“Dumb Blonde” ….is not a sorority stereotype, it’s a blonde female stereotype. Plus, you’re not even a natural blonde, so what the hell are you saying that for?
This movement to combat “sorority oppression” needs to fucking stop. This is not moving, powerful, or encouraging. Stop embarrassing yourselves with this “us against the world” attitude. Please take a step back and look around you for a second – Your well-decorated room, your sisters, your social life – Think about your upbringing and what led you to this life and truly and honestly ask yourself, “Am I oppressed?” No, you’re not. None of you. So stop doing this. It’s a terrible look.
Loving seeing Instagram models stand firm on the moral high ground. Hey professional ass model, of those 12k likes on the pic with sand on your buttcheeks, 11.9k of them are men. Yeah, a few will take it too far but that comes with the territory. That is literally your profession: collecting followers and praying for an endorsement. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you fucking loser. Just look past the bad eggs and keep ‘gramming until you find your sugar daddy.
While sorority life IS life for all of these girls living in that world right now, they will look back at their stone-faced, black and white filtered pic with these quotes in the background 7 years from now and cringe out of pure embarrassment. Seriously, if you showed that last picture to 100 hard working american citizens who commute to work every morning and have bills to pay and a family to provide for, a large majority would bust out laughing. This is legitimately laughable. “Society tell us that…..” Stop. Society as a whole could.not.give less of a fuck about greek life and you can’t possibly understand how unimportant you are right now until you’re on the other side of it living the corporate grind with the rest of the world focusing on important things like real life. Your perception doesn’t mean shit. Greeks have always had and will always have an elitist, racist, reckless, alcoholic stigma and that will never change, and guess what, it doesn’t matter. You know what your house means to you and what your greek community collectively means to each other. Why should anyone else’s opinions/perceptions/stigmas matter?
I didn’t find it funny and not because it went over my head. It just wasn’t funny. Sounds like a piece written by an Amy Schumer fan who loves to cling to the same old comedic platform of impossible beauty standards.
I’m sure Diplo and Nick Jonas would love to take you out but they don’t want to fight each other over you. They probably both want your undivided attention and with the other in the picture they just don’t see a relationship in the future.
CollegeACB for the win. It was 10x worse than Yik Yak. I swear that site alone increased the transfer student average on the national level for how quickly it could decimate someone’s reputation. It’s also kind of funny to think about the days when girls toted along a clunky digital camera everywhere. Kind of makes you miss the pre-selfie days before instagram where hot girls weren’t 100% “like”-driven superficial self-absorbed egomaniacs.
Millions of followers = $. Lots of likes = nothing. The concept is fucking simple. It doesn’t matter that a ton followers = a ton likes. Endorsement deals come from followers regardless of likes. Likes are worthless.
The basic white girl self-loathing comedian charade kills me. When the basic white girl comes in with a one liner about pizza, wine, netflix, and/or being single/lonely, I die a little inside. That bit is so incredibly tired and worn out. Get some new material, ladies.

No, you’re stupid. See, that was easy. Now try again. Go ahead and defend this post and all other identical posts with the same message.

Oh this is the video where Amy Schumer talks about body image? She never uses that shtick. What a surprise.

Nope. You’re getting money for other reasons. “Likes” come with the fame, but “likes” don’t make you famous.
Honestly I’m a little bummed Bolen didn’t weigh in after his last “Guys Tell All” inquiry.
His loss, right?
People envious of this are fucking pathetic. “Likes” have no monetary value. They are literally worthless. Change up your goals a little bit.
Haahaha girls pigging out is always so funny.
What happens if someone includes YES?
“I’m extremely attractive.”
