May not work for every greasy gal, but for this one, I use cetaphil religiously, and actually moisturise my face with an oil face serum. Counter-intuitive, but it’s made a difference!
I wasn’t that close with my mum for years, due to a very acrimonious divorce. But I can say with certainty, she was my BEST friend for the last two years of her life. She was the person I called to just talk, about nothing an everything. She wasn’t judgemental, she was kind and understanding. She was the one I called when everything in my life was crap, but also when it was going amazingly. I wish so badly that she and I could have been closer during my teenage years, because she would have been great to have as a resource. Your mom can still be your mom, but she can also be your best friend. It’s not a one or the other type situation.
Obviously I write this with a bias, because I don’t have my best friend anymore. But having a close relationship with your mother is one of the best things in life, and it just sucks to NOT have that anymore. So treasure her, don’t denigrate her.
(And I’m clearly not talking about the parents who are abusive, manipulative, etc.)
Imagine when your Big does that, and then says “oh well he always liked me better, and you’re kind of a slut”
Suffice to say, my Big is no longer a part of my life
We shame women who used to be bigger by saying “oh you must not have liked yourself otherwise you wouldn’t have cared” when it’s the opposite! I cared enough about who I was to know that I was at a greater risk for all sorts of diseases, and proactively took the measures to decrease said risk. This article is AWESOME, and encourages fitness and healthy life choices, nothing more! Christ on a bicycle, I’m becoming less and less liberal ever god damnned time I read the interwebz. To the author, YOU GO GIRL! <3

Thrift stores! You have to hunt, but the thrill of getting a 200$ sweater for 5$ is wayyy better retail therapy than forever21
I forgave her for that, but she ended up hurting me in other ways. Boys suck, but it’s the loss of a friendship that hurts the worst

Suffice to say, my Big is no longer a part of my life
And now “fix your suit” is stuck in my head on an endless monotonous repeat
Our purpose, our everything, it just can’t be beat!
Do it once, do it right, do it Delta

Untrue. Do not pass GO, do not collect 200$, go straight to Jail.
She’s rapping a freestyle of D.R.U.G.S

Really? Boots at formal? And last time I checked, a formal event didn’t include bar star dresses. Class ladies.
It’s a satirical site…..
