At my school, we have a few women join as juniors and seniors each year. Of course it comes into question whether or not they just want it for the networking purposes, but almost always it’s women who have been too busy being involved in other things on campus that they finally want a chance to do something for themselves. And because it’s a small campus, most of the upperclassmen know the juniors and seniors going through recruitment and can judge whether or not they think they’re doing it for the right reasons.
We’ve even figured out his lineage (since his biological sister was in the same chapter as I am)! So he and another sister call each other “Uncle” and “Niece” haha it’s really cute
My boyfriend spends practically as much time at my sorority house as I do! He’s not in a frat but my sisters joke that he’s in the sorority too because he’s friends with everyone and he knows a ton about how our chapter works
Don’t completely put your sister at fault… If you ex said he didn’t want to be in a relationship and then went on to pursue other girls doesn’t that make him more of a bad guy?
School size matters too! When your school is less than 2,000 people and there’s 120 women in your chapter, a few of the “boyfriend material” guys get bounced around… That’s what happens when there’s slim picking for good guys that actually want to be in relationships
Coming from someone who went through deferred recruitment at a small, private school: I couldn’t be happier with the experience. When I started college, I had no idea whether or not I wanted to join a sorority, and had recruitment been in the fall, I wouldn’t have gone through with it. Having a semester on campus to get my footing allowed me to find my place outside of Greek life, but also gave me time to realize how wonderful the Greek life on our campus was. By January, I was ready to join and
Me too 🙂
Only two percent of women are the ones asking for a threesome in a couple? Seriously?
Who run the world? Girls

Why are you so mean..?!
I doubt you work at TSM if you can’t even spell “piece” correctly
That’s a high metabolism actually…
Hahaha well let’s just say that’s not how I would do it…
Recruitment is stressful enough without having to deal with stuff like this, so I understand why the girls were annoyed

Couldn’t be happier with my decision, but I am very thankful for the friendships I made outside of my organization before I joined as well.
