I disagree with this. Sure, some guys are all manners with no substance behind it, but there are also really incredibly smart, interesting, loving guys who are also extremely well mannered and polite. If a guy really likes you he should be doing things like wanting to surprise you and open your doors ect. I don’t believe chivalry is dead. I think it’s rare, and so are good guys. They’re supposed to be. If every guy was the perfect man, we’d never appreciate them. And you really should appreciate his good intentions. Just because you weren’t into it doesn’t mean he’s worth writing a whole negative article about. He was probably just nervous.
Reacting to things isn’t crazy. It’s being human. Guys like girls who are are real and have real feelings, not girls who pretend everything is perfect when it’s not. It’s not “a little crazy,” it’s just being yourself. And sorry but if you really are completely nuts, then you’re actually just immature. Just because asshole guys like to throw the word crazy around like its nothing doesn’t mean that we need to.
I feel like FWB is such a hard situation no matter how you approach it. I thought I had the perfect FWB situation my freshman year of college. We had been friends for years, I had no interest in a relationship, he was nice to me, respectful, we had lots of laughs but our time together never left the bedroom. But then I found out 3 years later he had a huge crush on me the whole time and when I started dating someone and broke things off, he was really hurt. I had no clue and the thing was, he was kind of a douchey guy. Just a good friend which was why I thought it would work. But idk, douchey guys have feelings too. You have to be careful with FWB…
My high school boyfriend really wanted me to do it and I was completely afraid of it. So he thought it would be a good idea to pour chocolate sauce all over his “area” and have me lick it off. Let me tell you.. It was not a good idea.
All these comments are bashing the whole university and it’s kind of absurd. Just because a group of people had a disgusting party doesn’t mean the whole university is that way. I know plenty of really great people who go there. It’s too bad something like this is making them all look bad.
I mean that guy at the bar deserved to be bitched at. I don’t think you did anything wrong there. But I’m the same way and I struggle with being way too sarcastic to guys I really like. I have know idea why I’m do it but I always push them away. With the guy I’m dating now, I’m trying to be conscious of it because he is such a gentleman. But also, to be with girls like us, guys need to have thick skin and be assertive. You’ve probably just dealt with enough douchebags that you know how to protect yourself. Now, it’s about learning how to let your guard down for someone who is good intentioned and deserves it.
The only one of these things I find important is the breast feeding one. I am personally a private person so I don’t really see myself in the future publicly breast feeding at a restaurant, but you never know what the situation might be, and for people who do, I’m not bothered by it and I think it should be okay. Nothing makes me sadder than knowing a woman could be forced into a small stinky bathroom just to feed her baby because everyone is offended by what breasts are actually supposed to be used for.
I agree I hate that. A couple texts throughout the day is cool like be in contact with me but I LIKE my space. I can like you a lot, even love you, and still like my space.

Never date a guy who isn’t good to his mom!! Never never never.
Your “number” is so trivial. We’re all adults here. You do you. No need to overthink it.

My ex to a T.
Oh wait, I misread your comment. Ignore me.
It is. Google it. That’s just a typo.
They sound like badasses.
#4 is me. I am that person. When we break up I eliminate you from my life and me from yours. Unless it’s completely impossible but if I can, I will.

Dillon Cheverere… Ouch. If you made a comment like that to me on a date, you wouldn’t be batting so well anymore.
