When I first saw this article, I thought it sounded like something I could really relate to. My parents pay for my tuition, apartment rent and other bills–and yes I am so grateful. But by no means are we rich. My mom worked her ass off to put herself through college when she was young without any help, and she wanted her kids to have a different experience. Plenty of middle-class families do that for their kids–you don’t necessarily have to be “rich.” I feel like this article could have had a completely different and way more positive reaction had you not come out and blatantly talk about your wealth. Yes, it’s great that your parents work hard and every dime they have is well-earned, but the parts about “Yes, we’re rich” blah blah blah are totally unnecessary and unrelatable for most readers. It could have been the right idea, but poorly executed
I think very few people are threatened because you “run in a sports bra and have the ass of a Kardashian stunt double.” Very few…..like maybe none
PSA: there are actually beaches in Chicago. Like Florida, except it’s Lake Michigan, no palm trees and it snows a hell of a lot in the winter

Good to know this is what lawmakers are doing with their time ❓

I will never get back the 10 minutes I just spent reading this
Wait what kind of professional surgeon snapchats his procedures lol
The fact that she wrote ghosting as an adjective and not a verb
This is truly fucked up. Some girls really don’t know the value of sisterhood. Like seriously who does that….
